Alpaca Cutting Instructions

Use these instructions for a whole or 1/2 alpaca.

You must have a carcass tag number and enter it at the top of the form before submitting the cut order form.

Every order will include a harvest fee. Harvest fee is divided proportionally among the customers sharing the carcass.

Processing includes cut, double wrap and grind. Trim meat can be cut into stew, kabobs or sausage. Sausage options are Breakfast, Italian, German or Chorizo. Bulk sausage minimum order is 5 lbs; linked sausage minimum is 10 lbs.
