Reheating Instructions for frozen trays:
- 5 lb. trays: Preheat the oven to 275°F. Place trays of meat in the oven. After 1 ½ hours, take lid off, mix the meat, put the lid back on and continue heating for another 1 to 1 ½ hours. Total heating time is 2 ½ to 3 hours from frozen point.
- 2 lb. trays: Preheat the oven to 275°F. Place trays of meat in the oven. After 1 hour, take lid off, mix the meat, put the lid back on and continue heating for another 1 to 1 ½ hours. Total heating time is 2-2 1/2 hours from frozen point.
