Thank you for your order. Your cutting instructions have been received.

Next steps:

  • The processor will update your order with the weight of the meat
  • The meat will be hung to age (we only age beef)
  • While the meat is hanging (up to 14 days), you can log into your account and edit the cutting instructions
  • When it is time, the processor will lock in your cutting instructions and pass them to the cutting room
  • The meat will be cut according to your instructions
  • You will receive an invoice with a timeline to pick up to avoid storage fees
